BabsandPaul Posted July 16, 2004 #10 Share Posted July 16, 2004 There are several Native American casinos within 100 miles of our home and all of them now host Texas Hold'em games on a regular basis. Not sure how they make their money on the games, but I will try to find out from a friend who plays and let you know. I believe with the popularity of the game it is only a matter of time before the cruise ships will be hosting regular games.

Newcastle Posted July 16, 2004 #12 Share Posted July 16, 2004 The way that a casino makes money on the Hold-em games it that they take a few dollars of each pot and the dealer gets tips from the winner of each hand. The casino makes very little from the game but it does get alot of people in the doors.
