Yes, as long as you cancel before final payment is due your deposit will be refunded. One thing to keep in mind though, depending on where you booked. Some agencies DO charge a cancellation fee.

It depends, did you book with a travel agent? If so then they may charge you a fee. Ahhh, Toto beat me to it.

And some (but not all) of those agencies that assess a fee will waive it if you book another cruise to replace the cancelled one.

One non-refundable fee occurs if you have booked the cruise ine's air program and request some sort of deviation (specific airline, move the arrival or departure date, etc). If the cruise line makes, and you confirm these special air arrangement there's a per person fee of $50 - $100 that is non-refundable even if you cancel the cruise before the final payment date.
