tortola dolphin discovery, still in operation?

Can anyone tell me the status of dolphin discovery. I have read various web sites that the hotel resort (timeshare) was sold a while ago. Is dolphin discovery still in operation? Is the prospect reef resort open as something else now. I am worried about an online booking made for april 2007? When you call or e-mail them you could be calling or e-mailing anywhere in the world. Please help!:)

We were in Tortola a week or so ago on the Noordam. Our tablemates went to the dolphin encounter and loved it. So rest assured, it is alive and well!
