caserko Posted October 22, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 22, 2006 Just looking for suggestions on shuttles from the airport to our hotel in Waikiki for our one-night pre-cruise stay. We're at the ResortQuest Waikiki Circle. I've looked at Robert's Hawaii ($9pp one way), Super Shuttle ($6pp one way), VIP ($11pp one way special for our hotel). I know there's not much price difference--just don't want to be driving all over Waikiki dropping ppl off before us...know what I mean? :)
cruzegirl Posted October 22, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 22, 2006 Amazing how the memory is.... We were there last year in October. I can't remember if the shuttle was free or about $5..... Either way, affordable..... Yes, they dropped off others but take advantage of that... You can see a little bit of Waikiki/Honolulu, where restaurants are or different shops.... we enjoyed it and got ideas for other things doing that.... So enjoy the little tour.....:D
lambs2 Posted October 22, 2006 #3 Share Posted October 22, 2006 I can't remember the name of the shuttle service we used this past June. Actually, we didn't pre-book anything - just walked to the median area outside the baggage claim at the airport where all the shuttles and taxis pick up. Found a reasonably priced shuttle ride (7 or 8 dollars for two of us), but we we were the very last ones off the bus with about four stops prior to ours at the Aqua Palms hotel (next to Hilton Hawaiian Village). If you want to insure that you do not have to stop for any other hotels you will need to hire a cab.
Ocean Spirit Posted October 25, 2006 #4 Share Posted October 25, 2006 I searched and search for the "right" transportation when we went to Honolulu... I'm not doing it this time when we fly in..... It is MUCH easlier just walking out the door after you pick up your luggage.
