Phone calls home from Grand Cayman

I will be loving Grand Cayman on Thanksgiving day and while I wouldn't normally worry about phone calls, I would like to be able to call my husband on Thanksgiving and allow my girls to call their father on the holiday. What is the best way to do this?

We have Sprint and our cell phones worked (all over the island). You just have to make sure your phone is set up for internatinal calling. For Sprint, we just dialed the number (no country code) and the call went through.

 

I don't know about pay phones...
