WE don't even know what the OVC charge is.:confused: TA is always away and leave a message, but she never calls back. We could sure use any and all help. You really do need to talk with the TA if they work for a company there has to be an office manager. You can always dispute the charge with the cc company...This is NOT an NCL issue its YOUR TA.
