Navigator - Choice of deck six or deck 7, any differences?

I have the choice of getting a balcony E2 grade on Navigator of the Seas next year and have the choice of deck 6 or deck 7. Are there any major differences like is being over the Royal Promenade a problem on deck 6 for noise?

 

Any help would be appreciated.

6 and 7 - forget the room #'s - but they were both balcony rooms and they were exactly the same. i didn't hear anyone or anything. both times I was in the middle of the ship.

Hubby and I cruised navigator Apr 06, had a balcony room 6562 and we loved it. Size was just about right for the 2 of us.

Does the Navigator have the metal partitions on the balcony instead of the plexiglass??
