Key West Question

It's been a while since I've been, but there was a little stand in Mallory Square, basically a shed with a fryer and lots of chickens running around (Gee isn't Key West something?) The best way to describe the ones they sell are that they are similar to a hush puppy with bits and pieces of conch mixed in. I think I dipped them in some kind of mustard.
