We are also going to Antigua in December, with our 3 yr old daughter. Because of her age, we are just doing a beach day. I think we are going to Ft. James beach (because its closest to the port and also has a fun slide) in the morning, then going back to the ship for a late lunch and a nap, then back out to the port to walk around and do some shopping.

I have also heard that Long Bay has a very nice beach that would be good for kids.

Spending the day at a beach like Long Bar or Jolly beach might be a nice option. Alternatively you could do a tour one of my favorite is the Treasure Island Cruieses Land & Sea tour. If you do something like that take a pram with you for the baby to sleep the sea air will set the baby to sleep.

Hope this helps
