jslas Posted October 29, 2006 #1 Share Posted October 29, 2006 We will be sailing on the Spirit April 7th. Our flight arrives at JFK at 7:30am. Is it possible to drop off our luggage around 9am and return several hours later. Thanks Joe:D
jetskier Posted October 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted October 30, 2006 Joe, Probably not as they will still be unloading from the previous cruise. Most terminals start taking in luggage around 11am. Dave

Dave Not exactly - They are happy to take bags in NYC before the departing passengers get off. I have checked bags at 9 am. The problem for the OP is their carry on bags and dragging them around the big apple.

It is a good thing he is not sailing from New Orleans, Mobile, Houston or Galveston because they do not do it there. Mobile will not let you near the terminal until they start accepting passengers. I will get to process through the Manhatten terminal in Nov 07 for our 15-day repo cruise on the NCL Spirit. Dave

Sue99 Posted November 2, 2006 #8 Share Posted November 2, 2006 Correct me if I'm wrong but I think incoming and outgoing passengers have two different levels of the NYC pier buildings. Anyone happen to know current availability of parking on top? Sailing Spirit 11/19 ! ! !

Anyone happen to know current availability of parking on top? Sailing Spirit 11/19 ! ! ! No they are on the same level. There are three levels. Car park level is the highest level. the next mid level is where people get on and off and cabs and private cars pick up and drop people off. The lowest level is where the buses and limos are and the trucks drop off food and supplies for the ship. Parking should be ok at this time of year.
