A cruise ship passenger was fined $600 for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and court costs following an incident at the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal. Paul Joseph Perticone, 43, was taken to Summary Court from custody on Thursday following his arrest Wednesday.He pleaded guilty to using threatening language that tended to provoke a breach of the peace and resisting arrest at the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal. ........

 

The magistrate imposed a fine of $400 for resisting arrest, $100 for disorderly conduct and ordered costs of $100. One of the officers said the defendant had credit cards with which he could obtain funds. He said the defendant would also have to fly back to the US, since his ship had left.
