Paul Joseph Perticone, 43, was taken to Summary Court from custody on Thursday following his arrest Wednesday.He pleaded guilty to using threatening language that tended to provoke a breach of the peace and resisting arrest at the Royal Watler Cruise Ship Terminal. ........ The magistrate imposed a fine of $400 for resisting arrest, $100 for disorderly conduct and ordered costs of $100. One of the officers said the defendant had credit cards with which he could obtain funds.
