Mediterranea Dec 30th - cabin advice and roll call

We sailed on the Mediterrenea last January and had an obstructed view cabin.

Yes the lifeboats are hanging outside your cabin - approx 8' - 10' out from your cabin. You can still see the ocean between the boats.

You do not have your standard window - you have floor to ceiling double opening doors, they are great. There is a small railing just outside the doors so you don't fall out. We slept each night with the doors slightly ajar, it was fantastic falling asleep hearing the ocean.

I would book the same cabin in a heart beat.

I hope this helps

This January we're on the Magica which has no obstucted views so we went for a cabin with balcony on deck 8. Can't wait.
