spotcat Posted November 8, 2006 #26 Share Posted November 8, 2006 I usually wear Lands End suits, which work fine with my 38DDD. I just buy the D cup, but a larger size than I would normally wear. They do carry separates that aren't too grandmotherly. Eddie Bauer had a couple of cute suits in a DD, but they were conservative. I will definitely check out the sites listed in this thread. Last time I called Lands End, they recommended BigBra.com. DH couldn't stop laughing!
Tinkerbell7 Posted November 8, 2006 Author #27 Share Posted November 8, 2006 Thank all of you for your help:) This info is going to be so helpful to me. Last cruise I went on I wore a takini and it just adds lbs to me without the right cut. You couldn't see my waist so It just looked like I was one round ball. :( I am only 5'2 so a nice cut bathing suit would really help me feel better about things. Again, thank all of you. jandn Posted November 8, 2006 #28 Share Posted November 8, 2006 TravelSmith has swimwear at http://www.travelsmith.com/jump.jsp?itemID=286&itemType=CATEGORY&path=1%2C2%2C250%2C286. The prices seem high to me, but I don't look for a swimsuit often and when I do I get a Speedo on sale at a sporting goods store.
