Serendae Compass copies and other questions

My 15 yr old and I are on the Serenade OTS for Thanksgiving. I have a few questions if anyone can help. I would love to see a copy (or parts) of a Compass. I have been on 3 other lines but have never had a much trouble getting straight answers from a cruise line.

Do we get beach towels? Reviews say no. Also no pool towels.

Are there still champagne cards on Serenade? According to the postings, they have them on other ships.

Is the rock wall open while in port??

Will they print your photos from a memory card and if so, for how much?

Still working on getting wine delivered as they don't have what I'd like.

Auctions on board and if so, how many? I CAN"T buy any more art but the small reproductions they give out can be terrific!

Any other helpful hints for sailing on the Serenade would be appreciated. RCCL has frustrated me no end. But you all are terrific!
