Zip lining: Roatan or Belize???

I have heard a lot about the zip lining/canopy tours in Roatan and how good they are. We are mainly considering the Palmetto tour (www.roatanjungle.com) b/c of the bridges. Has anyone done this? Is it very strenous? We are in our late 20's and pretty fit but I'm still nervous of not being able to do the course. Before I came across this info we were planning on doing the cavetubing/zip lining in Belize. So my question is should we do both the cavetubing and zip lining in Belize and something else in Honduras or should we split it up and do just cave tubing in belize and the canopy tour in honduras?

in belieze the cave tubing and zip lining are in the same place. We did both in one day and it was not to bad. They bus you to the zip line and then you walk to a restaruant for lunch then tube thru the caves. The cave tubing was a little work as the water does not run very fast and at times not at all. It was still worth the time
