Drew, since you are on the island, I thought you might know where I could find a small sailboat like a Hobiecat to rent for 1-2 hours. It needs to fit two adults and two kids. I tried Red Sail Sports, but they said their boats only fit two.

 

We leave on Friday (day after tomorrow)!

Sailing seems to to be a particularly popular option in Cayman. The few beach rental locations that do have sailboats generally have singlehanders, that could fit two adults. And many of those locations only have a single boat.

 

You could try inquiring with the Cayman Islands Sailing Club 345-947-7913 to see what they may have available. It is not a beach location, and you might think a taxi driver is lost as the club is a bit past the end of the paved road. Call ahead today to ask your questions!

 

Finally, you could consider Red Baron Charters 345-945-4744 which conducts private sailing and snorkeling charters.
