In Port Spa Services

I know spa services on board can be ridiculously expensive so I was wondering if anyone has ever vertured out while in port to a spa and was happy with your experience. I just want to make sure the place is clean, reputable and as up to US standards as possible. I will be in Puerto Rico, St Thomas and Tortola aboard the Miracle in May. Thanks!

They also run specials each day on the boat when the ship is in port

Yes, there are onboard specials for the spa while you're in port. During boarding the spa staff will be handing out little fliers with specials listed too. Otherwise check your daily capers. I've never ventured off ship for spa services.
