I heard that Ixtapa has a good place to snorkel- Playa Las Gatas

Do you agree and are there any other good places in the other ports listed?

Or should we do something else in those ports? Suggestions?

We have our own snorkeling gear.

thanks!!!

las gatas is beautiful and shallow ,, and no current since theres a rock wall , breaking the waves. we just went there about 2 weeks ago,, the people there are so nice, you can see our pics,,

click on the link ,

ixtapa and las gatas is on page 7 and 8...

we loved it there, theres places to get food, and not many vendors, and the workers there are so nice,, the let you use their lounge chairs /umbrellas for free, they even gave my daughter some sand toys to play with, no charge,,

it was a nice day there the water was warm and clear, my husband said there were alot of fish by the rocks ,,

hope this helps
