Two Accounts for One Room

My family is crusing on the Fantasy 12/25. I booked one cabin for my husband and I, then one cabin for the kids (18 & 19). Even as teenagers they are not good at sharing and I knowing having them use the same onboard account will be a nightmare. Can they each have their own account even if they are in the same cabin or is only one account allowed per cabin?

Also, can cash be put down in an account instead of a credit card? Thankfully neither of them has a credit card yet so they will be using cash or travelor's checks. I know Royal is okay with this but is Carnival?

Wow, I just seem to be full of questions this evening, must be that I can finally see the cruise coming in the distance.
