Need some advice on Mo'bay excursion....

Will be cruising with my Mom, 62 somewhat active, and want some advice on what might be a good combination tour. The Rockland Bird Sanctuary is definitely a must, since she loves birds. Has anyone done this combined with Mayfield Falls, or the Gondola River Raft? I would like to see some of the country in Jamaica, not really looking to beach it up. Any suggestions?
