Five Ships In Port!

We are on the Westerdam due to dock in Grand Cayman on March 15, 2007. According to CruiseCal.com there are four other cruise ships in port that day!

Anyone been in port with that many ships and if so how was sightseeing etc!

Actually, 5 is not unusual. I think that there were 5 or 6 there when we visited just a couple weeks ago. I know that I've heard of 8 there at a single time.

 

I have never heard of any problem with excursions.

 

You will not dock in Caymen, however. It is a tender only port.

Only 5? You lucky guy!

 

5 is pretty normal all throughout high season (mid-November to mid-April) with a few days reaching up to 10.:eek:

I agree that 5 is normal. The island can handle that pretty well.:)
