wrinklesandme Posted December 14, 2006 #5 Share Posted December 14, 2006 We also used Hammerhead/Coral Breeze and thought they were awsome! If you look at the pricing on their site, you will notice that there is a fee for an "observer". Had you booked on their website, you would have seen this. http://www.coralbreezetours.com/Belize/Caye/Caulker/cruise/snorkeling/current_category.15/Product.2/tours_add.html?t_product=2 You can't expect for your MIL to just be able to tag along and not pay for her. She is occupying a seat on the boat. Kinda like not paying to get into Disney since you're not gonna go on any of the rides. You still pay. Sorry you had a bad experience. We had a great time with them and hope to use them again.
TwinMom7 Posted December 15, 2006 #6 Share Posted December 15, 2006 Used them last week and plan to use them again on our next cruise. Very friendly and professional. If you're taking a spot on the boat, you should expect to pay. The tour only seats so many and you're taking a spot away from a paying customer. No surprise here.
