What exactly happened?? They are the operators -I THINK- for coralbreeze's sharkray excursion- which I have booked with. What excursion/happened?????

the sharkray alley tour as well, but my m-i-l couldn't snorkel.....so when i got there i asked the lady if she could just ride......they wanted to charge her 50.00!!!!! she told me i already had a discount, so i should understand....

We used Hammerhead for the drive your own boat tour and they were fasntistic! We had a ball.

We also used Hammerhead/Coral Breeze and thought they were awsome!

 

If you look at the pricing on their site, you will notice that there is a fee for an "observer". Had you booked on their website, you would have seen this.

You can't expect for your MIL to just be able to tag along and not pay for her. She is occupying a seat on the boat. Kinda like not paying to get into Disney since you're not gonna go on any of the rides. You still pay.

 

Sorry you had a bad experience. We had a great time with them and hope to use them again.

Used them last week and plan to use them again on our next cruise.

 

Very friendly and professional.

 

If you're taking a spot on the boat, you should expect to pay. The tour only seats so many and you're taking a spot away from a paying customer.

 

No surprise here.
