Cancellation Policy

Does anyone know the cancellation policy for regularly booked cruises...I can't get hold of my travel agent and may have to cancel my NYE cruise. TIA.

carnival's policy is to allow cancellations without penalty until final payment is made. assuming you mean new years eve 2006, you're inside the penalty period, so it's going to cost you. your TA may charge a penalty also. did you buy insurance? hopefully you can get a in touch with your TA soon, as they are the ones who can tell you exactly.
