Can anyone tell me when is the best night to go to the specialty restaurants. What night is caribbean night? Leaving 1-7-07 - can't wait.

Since it is the slowest night at Chops so service was exceptional. Everyone dressed formally gave the restaurant a very nice feel & people acted very ritzy also.

 

Now I got my Compasses from the C&A Member Cruise of 10/15 on Freedom, so here are the dinners for the week:

 

Night one - Casual as everyone is arriving

 

Night two - Captains Gala Dinner

 

Night Three - Crown & Anchor Dinner

 

Night Four - Surf Dinner

 

Night Five - Venetian Dinner

 

Night Six - Chef's Dinner with Chefs Parade

 

Final Night was Feast of Nations
