This may have been asked a million times before, but how does it work if you want to rent a tux on board for formal night?

Do you just send your measurements in beforehand, or what?

You can rent a tux through [url]www.cruiselineformal.com[/url]. Cost from $85 - $120. Get measured from a local tux shop and send the information to Cruise Line Formal and the Tux will be in your room upon your arrival. We have found it much easier then packing a suit.

We went to a local formal wear shop to have my husbands measurements taken and then went to the above link. The tux was already delivered to our stateroom when we arrived. The pants were too long, so we called the tailor shop on the ship and someone came down, retook his measurements, took the tux and we had it back a few hours later.

We have made use of the tux rental several times and it works great but as the above poster can tell you, please try on the tux as soon as possible in case adjustments need to be made. Its not fun to find a problem an hour before dinner. The tailors onboard are great to fix the problem, but they need time to do it. And, just a note of interest...the tuxes come with two shirts so you have a fresh shirt for each formal night. Really nice and sooooo simple.

You can also get measured, fitted and pay for tux right on board. Cost is the same. They have quite a selection of sizes and can adjust before you take it back to your room.
