Noordam Room #4039-Are Balconies Plexiglass?

We booked rooms 4039 and 4025 on HAL Noordam and now I notice on their website that these rooms have metal balconies walls instead of clear plexiglass.. Has anyone stayed in these rooms or nearby? And is this true?? Does that mean when you are sitting on the balcony you can't see the water?
