jck720 Posted December 30, 2006 #1 Share Posted December 30, 2006 Taking our first Princess cruise on The Star Easter week w/17 yo daughter and 15 yo son. I know there will be a lot of kids that week, but what kind of activities does Princess have geared specifically toward teens? Thanks in advance for any input. kendon Posted December 30, 2006 #2 Share Posted December 30, 2006 Generally speaking, teenagers don't like organized activities. They'd prefer to entertain themselves. I have two teenage boys myself. However, they have a reasonable teen center (a great one on the Crown) where they can safely get together and meet.
tequilasunrise Posted January 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 2, 2007 It's true that many teens use the teen center as a place to meet and go from there, some activites are offered. It varies by the person who is running the teen center and teen interest on that cruise, but some things my teens have been offered include teen time at the disco, the "dating game", movie night, basketball in formal wear, teen hot tub time, scavenger hunts with prizes, karaoke, ping pong tournaments, t-shirt dying (they provided the shirts), pizza party, and a meet n' mingle on the first night. The teens themselves play music in the teen center, and games are available. They spend a lot of time "hanging out", and went swimming, played pool games, and etc. They should have a great time!
