Melody - MSC cruise - Recent experience?

Anyone have any recent experience on this ship? It's much smaller than the other ships. My husband and I are taking 4 grandkids aged 17-8 this next July and were wondering if there were kids for them to meet....especially American kids since they live in Spain now and miss the U.S. The ships are filling up and time seems to be slipping away.

Hi l did a 7 night fly cruise on her in march 2005, cant speak re grand kids, but she is a friendly ship, and a very mixed passenger base, l normally travel on QE2, and while Melody cant compete against her, l had a great time onboard.She was a great cruise experience! and yes l would go back on her again!!! The restaurant service service was very quick, the buffets are delicious but get quite busy.
