Summit - view from cabin 7136 starboard

We're considering booking 7136 on the Summit to Alaska. It is the first cabin right next to a Celebrity Suite which juts out in a semi-circle. Just wondering if that suite next door blocks any of the view. Anyone?

Unfortunately, this is one of the cabins on M-Class ships that has been reported on these boards to have a balcony that is angled and smaller than normal. You lose almost half the sq feet. Also, yes the view to aft is somewhat reduced by the Celebrity Suite next to it. Some also have noted that windows of the suite also face the balcony, allowing them to look directly onto your balcony and some of your cabin and you into the suite unless they close their drapes.

My suggestion is to not book this cabin and request one with at least a normal balcony. You will need to avoid all the ones with similar locations next to Celebrity Suites.

Good luck and have a great cruise to Alaska.
