Cabin Question

We will be sailing on the Glory in November 2007. We are staying in an oceanview family cabin. Does anyone know if there is a bunk that pulls from the ceiling? We've cruised on Disney twice before and in those cabins there was a queen sized bed and the sofa converted into a twin bed with a bunk that pulled out from the ceiling above the sofa. I was wondering it Carnival was the same. Any info would be appreciated.

I would also like to know if you have an upper bunk does it stay down the entire cruise or does the cabin steward put it up for the day?

On the Disney cruise, the bunk was put back up during the day and put down at night.. It was so nice!

Unless you ask the steward not to, they usually put them away for the day. We liked daytime napping and asked that it stay down. :)

According to the deck plans, 1293 has twin bed/king (2beds you can put together as one), a single convertible sofa (comes out to a sofa bed), and an upper bunk. (Can be pulled down by room steward, and folds back up into the ceiling), also, the upper has rails so ya can't fall out. We had an upper on Elation. Hope this helps:)
