Active Duty military perks?

i've heard sometimes cc offers upgrades to military. do they offer anything else?

Have not heard about the upgrades, but they do have a military discount that is darn good!! ...of course like any other discount it is capacity controlled and not available on all sailings...

I have never been offered any upgrade with our military status, but I always choose a room that I would be happy with. Our discount was great this time and we were very happy. We also used it to get a great rate at the Tampa Westshore Embassy the night before.

Our PVP gave us a 4 catagory upgrade along with the military discount on our Oct 06 cruise, not real sure if it was a special or a military special but you can not beat the discount! I try and book early because I believe there are only so many discounts available per sailing. (not sure where I heard that):confused:

We can go past guest or military... we go past guest if we want the automatic upgrades with room number but we were told that if we go military there are no upgrades. In the past, we have gone with the military rate with an inside guarantee and roll the dice... we have been very lucky on getting "upgraded" from Riveria to Empress... we were pleased.
