Ship Credit-When Do You Get It?

We booked a great deal on GOS for 2/10 through *****.com. The TA gave us option of insurance or a $25 credit per cabin. I have the confirmation number and have registered with RCI and have a cabin number but wondered when and how I receive and have the credit applied to the account?

Do I contact TA or is this something that is done through RCI?

The shipboard credit will show up on your seapass account either the 2nd or 3rd day of your cruise...Later, Jill:cool:

Well....I think when we were on the Mariner in September they weren't supposed to show up until Wednesday which was about 4 days into the cruise. We booked one room for my mom and one for us and the credit for my mom showed up on Wednesday but we never received ours at all. I sent an e-mail to the TA when we got back and she sent us a check.
