Any NCL cruisers done Roberts' Magnificent Maui tour?

Have any NCL cruisers, especially on the POH, done Roberts' Magnificent Maui tour?

It combines many of the things we wanted to see in one - top of Mt. Haleakala, Iao Valley and Lahaina.

They do pick you up at the pier at 8.15 am but the POH's arrival time is 8 am.

I thought that would be okay but when I phoned Roberts to book the tour, they told me that they dont get customers from the cruise ships at all because they could miss the pick up time. If customers aren't there on time, they miss the tour and lose their payment. Basically, I think that the staff at Roberts were advising me not to take the tour in their own rather curt way.

Are they right?
