Renaissance 17th street

We just found out from Princess that we will be staying at the Renaissance on 17th street between our Star and Carribbean Pricess cruises. Has anyone stayed at this hotel lately? We will have to do some laundry between cruises, is there a laundry at this hotel, or is there one close by? How far is it to the water taxi and shopping (food and beer)

We stayed at the Ren early December - it is a very nice hotel. About two blocks west there is a couple of liquor/wine stores and a Publix and Winn Dixie. I don't know about laundry service at the hotel or any nearby laundromats. Also lots of good dining places within walking distance.

There are self-serve laundries on each ship.

Laundry at the hotel, or nearby? Maybe a call to the hotel would yield that information.

The marina at Pier66 has a laundry. It is not in the hotel, it is on the way to the water taxi stop.

Thanks for all the help. We will find time somehow to take care of the laundry, just something we would like to not do on vacation. Has anyone had there laundry sent out on the ship? If is any prices.
