We are cruising on board MSC Lirica to the carribean in April, my husband has a dress suit (Tuxedo), can anybody please tell me if anybody else wears these on this cruise?? Any other information regarding dress code would also be gratefully appreciated.

We did see some on our cruise. It was a mix of tux and dark suits.

For the 11 night it is 3 formal and the rest casual, with one night being Tropical theme.

MSC does not force people to change if they are in jeans, shorts etc. The only other option for dinner is the Pizza on the pool deck and that closes at 8:30pm. No buffet at night except the midnight buffet which of course is at 11:30pm.

We did follow the dress code each night (hubby does not have a tux but did wear dark suit). There were times that it seemed that for casual we were more dress up than some but we did not let it bother us.

Hope you enjoy your cruise, we did!
