Pre-ordering wine - Question

We're sailing during Christmas and New Year's on Explorer and would like to pre-order champagne for these special days. When I go to the Royal Caribbean site where you can order wine and other gifts there is a choice between having it delivered in the stateroom or dining room. However, there is no way to indidicate which date you'd like if you select the dining room option.

 

Can someone tell me how this works? Do we tell the waiter the first night of the cruise? Or how do we get what we ordered on the night we want it? :confused:

I think if you order it for the dining room that when you get on the ship, go to the dining room and let the matre'd know that you have pre-ordered and tell him what nights you would like it. He will take care of it from there.
