Missing Grand Cayman

How often do ships skip Grand Cayman due to being unable to tender in (rough seas?) I saw a lot of references to this on the RCI boars, but no one has been mentioning it here. Is this just an RCI phenomenon, or when one line can't tender, are they all not tendering? I really don't want to miss this port.:(

If the seas are too rough, the Georgetown Harbormaster will close the port to all ships. Sometimes up to 3 ships will be able to anchor and tender at Spotts Bay if conditions allow.

Anyone who could predict on which days the rough seas will occur would be a valuable person.
