ARCADIA -Any "themed" evenings in Caribbean?

Sorry if this has been asked before but I tried SEARCH with various words and got no results.

 

Joining Arcadia next week for Barbados to New Orleans itinerary and wondering if theres any themed evenings likely to happen without advance warning?

 

A friend advised there could be a "black and white" formal evening, but I am wondering if theres any more......such as a "Caribbean" night? For some resason we had one of these on a Princess S. America cruise and unsurprisingly had nothing appropriate with us. Will we have a S. America night on the Caribbean itinerary?:D Or something else?:confused:

There is almost certain to be a Caribbean themed Deck Party.

Don't worry about appropriate clothing. You purchase the LOUDEST shirt

imaginable at any of the Ports, and to get really into the spirit of things, get the matching shorts ;)

These parties are usually very enjoyable, with a lot of people saying there should be more than one per cruise.

We are just back from Arcadia new Year cruise .We had 3 deck parties 1on hogmanay,1tropical ,1 60's&70's.Also a black and white Formal and the last night was country and western.

When we did New Orleans on Adonia we did our own evening tour of the jazz clubs with a fab guy called Wally B he picked us up a the ship in his minibus.Great experience

A little surprised that there were so many on the Christmas /N. Year cruise. Thats a lot of thermes to try to pack for.
