I don't know about that ship, but I've never known any cruise line to rent equipment. Generally all equipment rental is done through the dive shops, even if it's booked as an excursion through the cruise line and included in the price.

1/1990 - RCCL Song of America
4/13/2003 - Carnival Inspiration
10/30/2004 - Maasdam

Till sailing on the Maasdam

RCL's Voyager class ships now have Dive Shops on board. They offer equipment for rent and for sale. They also have lessons, so you can get certified while on board. I spoke to a crew member at the Dive Shop on the Voyager last week about perscription masks, which they do rent. I don't know specifically about the computer, but you can probably ask that as a question on RCL's website.
