scrappindiva Posted January 18, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2007 Can anyone tell me what nights the formal nights are on the 8 day Eastern sailing. We will be on Jewel of the Seas leaving January 27th. Want to make reservations for Chops and Portofino's, but don't want to miss formal night in the dining room. Thanks for your help! May I make a suggestion, since you can not make a reservation until you get on board. When you get to your cabin a copy of the daily Compass will be on your bed. On the back will be a listing of the highlights of the cruise, by day. It will list your formal days, as well as all of the theme nights. We always use this as our guide for planning which nights to eat in the specialty restaurants. The cruise lines often change days around from cruise-to-cruise, and this strategy has worked well for us on all of our cruises. By the way, the specialty restaurants should have copies of all of the current daily menus.
