ocean in summertime - calm or rough (morning or afrenoon)

Greetings

 

have a general question, how is the ocean in the summertime (june) ? I want to go either with Heatwave catamaran (which seems to snorkel more in the morning) or go with thriller boat which seems to snorkel in the afternoon.

So just wanted to see if it is better to snorkel in the morning or afternoon (or if it matters) in June

 

if anyone has any info, that would be great
