Great Stirrup Cay

Great Stirrup Cay is indeed the true name of the island. If you look on a Bahamas map it's the northern most island in the Berry Island chain. This is north of Nassau and south of Freeport.

The island immediately to the south is called Little Stirrup Cay. Royal Caribbean uses it as a private island marketed as "Coco Cay". While you're docked off GSC look south and you're likely to see a Royal Caribbean ship docked off LSC.
