Hawaii on Royal Caribbean ?

We are thinking about an October cruise with Royal Caribbean from Honolulu to Ensenada Mexico. We are concerned about arriving in Honolulu by air (provided by RCI) on the same day that we will be leaving. It looks like we would miss touring some of the sites, such as the Arizona Memorial. Does RCI have something set-up to bring you in a day early? Thanks for any information and I would definitely love to hear from anyone who has taken a cruise like this.

Hi I am part of a group that is going to Hawaii on Radiance this October doing the Hawaii to Ensenada 10 day. We got a great deal on air from the cruise line which was unheard off(having an air special) and made the trip possible.

 

We had the same concerns regarding flying in on the day of the cruise or even the day before due to time changes, etc.

 

So we planned on arriving 3 days before we leave so that we can see Honolulu and the sights. RCCL, said it would have had to charge us a more as the airfare was considered a special arrangement. However, we did a 3 day pre-cruise hotel package with them and the air fare was then held at the sale price. So, while the hotel package may be a tad higher than doing it on your own, the savings in air was a seller + we have 3 nights extra in Honolulu. They have a few hotels to chose from.
