Cave-Tubing/Ziplining...water shoes

We leave tomorrow for the Glory this weekend. We have booked with Cynthia and Nacho for Tubing and Ziplining. I know we need water shoes for the tubing. Can we just wear them also for the ziplining and hike or are running shoes also required? Also did you just wear a bathing suit for both parts or is there an opportunity to change/shed a layer between.

Thanks so much

We were with a different company, but I wore my Tevas for the jungle walk and tubing and they worked out fine. They also had rental water shoes available at the Jaguar resort. There were also changing rooms there, so if you are tubing first you could change quickly.

We didn't zipline in Belize, but we did on Roatan. Though I think water shoes might be ok, I wore sneakers for ziplining and was glad I did. I saw others in sandals though.
