Both restaurants are located in Isla Verde not OSJ.

 

Ruth Chris is located in the Inter-Continental Isla Verde.

 

Lupi's(Mexican) is located about a two block walk from the IC.

 

Have not been to either. Both are quite crowded at times.

Neither are in OSJ, they are in isla verde and there are better restaurants in the old city that you don't need to travel for.
