mikedw Posted January 28, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 28, 2007 I'm a TA and for all the bookings we made for Alaska this year we added a statement in the invoice about how it might be added on later. The cruise lines are now collecting it, so we're going through and sending out new invoices to everyone with that added in. Take care, Michael Hagerstown, MD
nclcruiser76 Posted January 28, 2007 #3 Share Posted January 28, 2007 Good morning, Do you happen to know how much the tax is and does it depend on where in Alaska your ship travels to? Thanks in advance for your help :)

7SeasLover Posted January 28, 2007 #5 Share Posted January 28, 2007 My TA alerted us early on, so we expected it. I thought I paid $100 or thereabouts.

Yes...$50 per person traveling. We had $100 added onto our final bill. I figure it's not much considering the whole cost of our trip in June. :) haha
