TeeBuccs Posted January 28, 2007 #1 Share Posted January 28, 2007 This will be my first venture to Belieze and am I looking for information on things to do - what not to miss. I will be traveling with my in-laws and brother and her husband (so we are all over the board with ages and interests.) I have read a lot of posts regarding tubbing and zip line tours as well as ruins. Are these the only activities that are worth doing? Some in our group are not physically adept at doing zip lines and the cave tubbing doesn't appeal to some. Are there any other recommendations out there that are photo opps or not to be missed? We love wildlife and beaches, authentic food, etc... Thanks for your input!
2CrusinOldies Posted January 29, 2007 #2 Share Posted January 29, 2007 Have you read about the shore excursions offered by the ship you'll be cruising on? They usually offer a wide range of activities suitable for all ages. Good luck!
LA_FadeAway Posted February 2, 2007 #3 Share Posted February 2, 2007 The snorkeling in Belize is among the best in the Caribbean and should not be missed.

We had the most amazing snorkel experience in Belize. A must do! Caye Caulker is also really pretty.

We enjoyed the cavetubing, but the cayes are gorgeous. We went to Bannister Island on our last trip and will probably go to Cay Caulker on our next trip.
