Destiny Balcony Room

Hi, we are looking into booking a cruise for our honeymoon. We are interested in booking a balcony cabin. What is the best location on the ship for a balcony room?

Right now there is a promotion for upgrading to the lido deck for the lowest balcony category. Is there a lot of noise of that floor with all the other stuff going on that deck? We are not sure if we should wait and book when the individual categories go on sale.

Not sure about the noise level on the Lido deck, but we just came back and had a balcony cabin on the Empress deck. It was relatively quiet on that deck. It was complete silence, you could hear people in the hall on occassion, but never enought noise to wake you up or keep you from sleeping.

Enjoy your cruise. We had a fanatastic time on the Destiny.

i highly recommend an aft cabin overlooking the back of the ship-quiet, peaceful and the view is fantastic!! perfect for a honeymoon!! :)

book a cabin on a deck between other passenger decks-meaning you have cabins directly above and below your room...this way you won't hear any noise from the lounges and the moving of lounge chairs up on the lido deck early in the a.m. !!

if you want one of these cabins , i suggest booking early-they do go quickly!!

happy honeymoon!!

We were also on the Empress Deck which is between 2 decks of cabins & VERY quiet. Also the back of the ship is awesome...such a beautiful view!

Congrats on your upcoming wedding!

You will have an awesome time on this ship & the in the ports! What great memories!

We booked a cabin on the Destiny last week, but I booked a cabin on the veranda deck, totally aft. The cabin is the same size as on the lido deck, but the balconies totally aft are a lot bigger. The view as well should be amazing.
