formal nights on the crown

We're leaving on the Crown next Saturday (YEAH!!!:D ) and I'm wondering if anyone can tell me what nights will be formal nights? I'd take information on what the other nights are as well if anyone can tell me. This sailing is the one that visits St. Thomas, St. Kitts, Bonaire, Grenada and Aruba. Thanks so much!
