Hello,

I read you are going on the Sapphire, August 25th? We are also going on this cruise and doing the 5 day land tour on our own. We are going to Kenai Fjords in Seward, take the train to Anchorage and rent a car. We are staying in Healy on our land tour.

Is this your first time? It is our first Alaskian cruise and we are very excited. Isn't this forum the best for all the info. I have made some reservations because of their recommendations. We live in Washington so we do have a little advantage.

Yep, first time! Sounds like we're doing similar things.... though we'll be doing a bit of back-tracking, and will be coming back to Seward for the Kenai cruise later in the week. :) Saw you've already posted over on the roll-call board, which is probably where this belongs... see you over there!
